Yoga in the Salt Cave with Yoga Nidra is now available EVERY Thursday evening AND every Friday morning 🙌

Join me every Thursday at 6pm & Friday at 9am for a 60min restorative yoga followed by a guided meditation all taking place in the ambiance of the salt cave.
